Game Format

55min-running time( do not switch end)

 

3- minute warm- up

 

Stop time last 2 minutes of the game if within 2 goals 

 

No overtime/timeouts regular season 

 

No mercy rule. (We all show up to play as much hockey as we can in one hour)

 

Penalties 

Minor penalties will be 1-minute and 30- seconds stop time or 2 minute running time

Major penalty 4 minutes 

Misconduct- game ejection  

Zero tolerance abuse if officials 

 

General Rules

Blue line automatic icing

Slap shots not allowed

No Checking
